Take time to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself and the natural world in this guided mindfulness and mindful walking session, beginning at the gates of King House.
Led by Dr Paula Martin, GP and Founding Director of Beo – Centre for Mindfulness & Integrative Health, this gentle and accessible experience combines mindfulness practices with a reflective walk through the local surroundings. Participants will be guided to slow down, engage their senses and cultivate greater awareness of the present moment.
Drawing on over twenty years of personal meditation practice, as well as her experience as a medical doctor and qualified yoga instructor, Paula brings a compassionate and holistic approach to wellbeing. This session offers a restorative opportunity to explore the benefits of mindfulness for both mental and physical health in a welcoming and supportive environment.
